The lighthouse dashboard is a simple experience organized around enrolling patients, designing education around a careplan, tracking patient progress, and maximizing CCM/RPM revenue. The dashboard is geared towards office staff with limited training.
Patient Kits
The enrollment process is low effort. You authorize the patient. You hand them a kit with an Alexa, or we ship it directly to the patient. Lighthouse provides phone technical support. Connected to their careplan, with an education program specifically for them.
Knowing Their Numbers
On the next patient visit, either you or the patient can print a snapshot of their progress, care plan goals and activity level to simplify 'so how's it going?' Spend more time on care than policing the patients' memory.
